  • Shizuri Mugino 麦野沈利

    Main character

Mugino is one of Academy City's Level 5 espers. She is ranked #4th and has the ability "Meltdowner". She can retain "pure" form of electrons (fix them in an ambiguous state which is neither a particle or a wave), and manipulate them into a beam which can melt down pretty much anything.

    Japanese voice: Ami Koshimizu

  • Rikou Takitsubo 滝壺理后

    Main character

She is the member of underground organization ITEM. Her power is the LV4 AIM Stalker. She can detect and memorize the AIM of any esper on earth. She usually use it to locate the target person for her team. Rikou has a potential to become Level 5.

    Japanese voice: Aya Suzaki

  • Frenda Seivelun フレンダ・セイヴェルン

    Main character

Frenda Seivelun is a member of team ITEM. She is one of the main combatants of the team, and though not having any apparent esper ability of her own, she makes up for it with her incredible prowess in close combat, as well as expertise in traps and concealed weaponry.

    Japanese voice: Maaya Uchida

  • Saiai Kinuhata 絹旗最愛

    Main character

She is a member of ITEM, led by Shizuri Mugino. Despite being a powerful Psychic, Saiai is one of the most mellowed-out characters in the group; she isn't a screw-up like Frenda, nor is she as frightful as her leader, Mugino.
